This journey has been three years in the making, and I can&#8217;t wait for you to read it. But today, I want to discuss why it&#8217;s crucial for me to open up, reveal the hard stuff, and why I&#8217;ve decided to share it in my book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Journey of Healing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Writing a book is an incredible journey, and mine has been deeply transformative. My book is a blend of memoir and personal stories, and it became instrumental in my own healing process. If you ever aspire to write a memoir or include personal stories in your writing, be prepared for something powerful: it will crack you open. But don&#8217;t let that deter you because sometimes, that&#8217;s exactly what you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cracking Open for Healing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to emphasize that when you embark on a journey of sharing your most personal stories, it often leads to revisiting wounds you thought were healed. But guess what? It&#8217;s essential. It&#8217;s necessary for your personal growth, for embracing life in its fullness, for achieving true freedom, and for realizing genuine health in all its dimensions\u2014physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Going Deep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve had therapists and coaches who, even on days when I wanted to avoid diving deep, insisted on going there because they knew that surface-level work wouldn&#8217;t cut it. Writing this book has been no different\u2014it&#8217;s about going deep. My hope is that it will crack you open, too, in ways you may not have anticipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Everyone Has a Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to come from a background of extreme trauma or hardship to relate to the stories in my book. Every one of us has experienced something, whether it&#8217;s lowercase &#8216;t&#8217; trauma or uppercase &#8216;T&#8217; trauma. You will find elements that resonate with your own experiences, and my aim is to create a space where we can all connect through our shared journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing the Darkness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the reasons I&#8217;ve chosen to share the hard stories in my book is because I don&#8217;t want to hold back. I want to be fully authentic and transparent with you. If I only shared my successes without acknowledging the hardships I&#8217;ve faced, it wouldn&#8217;t do justice to the depth of my experiences. I&#8217;m here to bring the darkness to light, to show you the full spectrum of my life, and to encourage you to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Mission of Healing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This book is more than just a memoir; it&#8217;s a mission to bring healing to the world. It&#8217;s a testament to the trials and tribulations I&#8217;ve faced and the resilience I&#8217;ve discovered within myself. And through this journey, I&#8217;ve realized that it&#8217;s not just about my healing; it&#8217;s about your healing, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Message of Reconciliation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a surprising turn of events, after I thought I had finished writing my book in 2022, I experienced a profound healing and reconciliation. A relationship that had been strained for seven years found its way back to reconciliation, forgiveness, and healing. You&#8217;ll find this story within the pages of my book, a testament to the transformative power of healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Join Our Healing Community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m excited for you to read my book, &#8220;Building Dreams: Finding Personal and Financial Freedom Through Healing.&#8221; It&#8217;s a journey into the depths of life&#8217;s challenges and the resilience that emerges from them. It&#8217;s about facing the darkness and emerging into the light. And it&#8217;s a call for all of us to heal and support each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this video and any other content we share.
